Rich Filter Extensions

A Rich Filter Extension is a separate Jira app that can be installed on top of the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app to extend the rich filters and rich filter gadgets with new specific functionality. Each extension needs to be installed and licensed separately. Currently, there are two rich filters extensions:

  • Rich Filters::Time Tracking Dashboards
    This extension enhances the existing rich filters and rich filter gadgets by adding statistics, charts and filtering capability based on work logs. This allows you to easily build dashboards for time tracking purposes where you can quickly visualize how the time was spent by a user or group of users, during a particular time period, for a given project or group of issues.

  • Rich Filters::Service Desk Dashboards
    This extension adds functionality specific to Jira Service Desk on top of the existing rich filters and rich filter gadgets. More precisely, you can add statistics and dynamic filters based on Service Desk fields (Customer Request Type, Organizations), you can display statistics and time series based on Service Desk SLA field values (SLA CompletedMetBreached%Met%BreachedAverage), and more.
