Compatibility with Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards 1.3.0

Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards is an extension of the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app. The extension adds statistics, charts and filtering capability for Jira Service Management fields – Customer Request Type, Organizations, Satisfaction and SLA fields.

Rich Filter Extensions

Rich filter extensions are separate Jira apps that can be installed on top of the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app to extend the rich filters and rich filter gadgets with new specific functionality. Like any other rich filter extension, Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards needs to be downloaded, installed and licensed separately from the Atlassian Marketplace. When installing Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards, you need to already have installed and licensed Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards – see our compatibility matrix for more information.

Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards version 1.22.0 adds compatibility with Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards version 1.3.0, which adds support for enhanced Satisfaction statistics and display of Satisfaction date & comment:

Support for Satisfaction as numeric value

The Satisfaction field can now be used in rich filters and rich filter gadgets as a numeric field. More precisely, users can:

  • Use Satisfaction as value in Rich Filter Simple Counter, Smart Counters, Statistics, and Two Dimensional Statistics gadgets
  • Display the Satisfaction average, min or max in the total row of Rich Filter Results gadgets
  • Use Satisfaction in custom values and time series
Support for Satisfaction date and Satisfaction comment in Views

Satisfaction date and Satisfaction comment can now be added, as special columns, in rich filter views.

Other minor fixes

  • Fixed: In Confluence and wallboards, the tooltips on time series sometimes show an error
  • Fixed: Support file download cannot be aborted
