This is the initial release of the Rich Filters for Service Desk Dashboards app. The app allows you to extend the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app with functionality specific to Jira Service Desk. Monitor the performances of your Service Desk projects with powerful interactive dashboards!

Installation

The app may be installed from the Atlassian Marketplace or from the Find new add-ons page of your Jira instance.

(warning) Please make sure you follow the instructions below before and after installing the Rich Filters for Service Desk Dashboards app:

  • Before installing Rich Filters for Service Desk Dashboards – you should make sure you have a compatible Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app version already installed and licensed. In order to know the compatible Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards versions, have a look at our compatibility matrix between Rich Filters for Service Desk Dashboards and Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards.
  • After installing Rich Filters for Service Desk Dashboards – you must reindex your Jira instance (or at least all the Service Desk projects). Until this operation is performed, some of the statistics based on SLA fields might not return correct results.

Supported Jira Core/Service Desk Versions

The Rich Filters for Service Desk Dashboards 1.0 is supported for Jira 7.2.0 – 7.8.x and compatible Service Desk versions – see the Jira applications compatibility matrix published by Atlassian in order to know the compatible Service Desk versions.
