The Rich Filter Simple Gauge Gadget

Rich Filters::Service Desk Dashboards is an extension of the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards app. This extension adds functionality specific to Jira Service Desk on top of the existing rich filters. If you are not already familiar with the rich filters, you should first have a look at the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards documentation.

This page extends The Rich Filter Simple Gauge Gadget page from the Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards documentation. If you're not sure how the Rich Filter Simple Gauge gadget works, you should check that page first.

Rich Filters::Service Desk Dashboards provides new options for the Rich Filter Simple Gauge gadget. You can now display gauges based on the SLA %Met or %Breached ratios.

In order to configure these new features, the gadget provides new setting options:

SettingNew options – description
Gauge Filter

Two new options are available as Gauge Filter:

  • SLA % Met: the gauge level will be the ratio of issues with the SLA completed and met out of all the issues with the SLA completed
  • SLA % Breached: the gauge level will be the ratio of issues with the SLA completed and breached out of all the issues with the SLA completed

In all the cases, only the issues with the SLA completed are taken into account and only the last cycle is included in any computation.

SLAs

If the Gauge Filter is SLA % Met or SLA % Breached, then the Values setting is replaced by the SLAs setting.

The user can select the SLAs for which to display gauges.
